Los Angeles Public Library

The Los Angeles Public Library serves the largest and most diverse population of any public library in the United States, providing a broad spectrum of services – from informational and educational to recreational and cultural.

Hershey|Cause developed a targeted print and outdoor advertising campaign to attract young adults back into the library system. Our effort started with a communications audit that helped determine the most viable entry points for reaching the youth audience.

The campaign was informed by, tested with and reflective of the LA Public Library’s target youth population. Incorporated into the campaign was an activism component that addressed related issues revolving around the needs of youth in Los Angeles.
